All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits published at the time of offer. Abuse of promotional structures — including multi-accounting to claim bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
Collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, and any activity designed to exploit system errors are all grounds for immediate account closure and balance forfeiture without notice at ttbet's sole discretion.
ttbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via registered email.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and ttbet ("ttbet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ttbet website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, wagering, and entertainment services (collectively, the "Platform").

Each natural person may maintain only one registered Account on the ttbet Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts are subject to immediate closure, with associated Balances subject to forfeiture at ttbet's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ttbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. ttbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
ttbet may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as required by applicable compliance obligations. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ttbet reserves the right to levy an administrative fee on inactive Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform, and to close such Accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
ttbet accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. There is no minimum deposit requirement for USDT TRC20 transactions; blockchain network fees apply.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. Processing times vary by method and are estimated at: e-wallet withdrawals within 15 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 banking hours during business hours. ttbet is not liable for delays caused by the Member's financial institution.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility. ttbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud or compliance investigations.
The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary currency. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. ttbet bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bets placed on the ttbet Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific Game Rules applicable to the relevant game or market. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or market concerned.
ttbet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed after an event has commenced (for pre-match markets); where a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered; or where the bet is suspected to constitute abuse of a promotion or market vulnerability.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error that results in an incorrect outcome being reflected on the Platform, ttbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. ttbet is not obligated to honour winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system or pricing error.
All live dealer game results are determined by physical game outcomes (cards, dice, wheels) as recorded on the live stream feed. In the event of a stream disruption, the hand or round in progress at the time of disruption will be settled using the recorded physical outcome where available, or voided and stakes returned where no determinable outcome is obtainable.
All bonus offers made available on the ttbet Platform are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. These promotion-specific terms supplement and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements within the applicable period will expire and be removed from the Account.
ttbet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; use of low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal real-money exposure; and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse are subject to bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and recovery of any withdrawn funds generated through abusive activity.

ttbet reserves the right to close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated transactions, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.
All content on the ttbet Platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, logos, audio clips, and game interfaces, is owned by or licensed to ttbet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without ttbet's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttbet, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
ttbet's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by ttbet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering a ttbet Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. ttbet processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and implements technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. ttbet reserves the right to close an Account and return the available Balance where a Member communicates a gambling problem or requests exclusion via any channel, including customer support. ttbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time with or without notice, including where: the Account holder has breached these Terms; ttbet is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive; the Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or ttbet ceases to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.
Upon Account closure for any reason other than breach by the Member, ttbet will return the verified real-money Balance to the Member via the original deposit method, less any applicable fees. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ttbet's operating licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ttbet Platform, you agree to first contact ttbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by ttbet's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
